Developed carton box packing line for UHA
In 2012, Japanese UHA confectionary factory invited Sanke to develop a carton box packing line for their hard candy packing, Sanke spent 1 year to design and build the packing line. This project is successful to solve the issue of labour intensive of feeding candy into box by hand. Project features: full-automatic, high performance, high quality packing, food safety promotion.
Alpenliebe chewy candy production line for Perfetti
In 2014, Sanke developed a high-speed flow packing machine for MORINAGA, the most important target is: there is no leakage and adhesive bags in final product. According to the requirement, the BFK2000A was born with function of 0% leakage and adhesive bags.

In 2013, Sanke made chewy candy production line for Perfetti product Alpenliebe. The production line consists of mixer, extruder, cooling tunnel, rope sizer, cutting&wrapping and stick packing line. It is a high capacity and high-performance line, fully automatic integration control.
